This Maracaturra natural lot comes from the Acevedo, Huila, Colombia region from the producers Luis & Yiesson Calderon. They currently own a 20 hectare farm with 18 hectares in production. They are known for their high level production of natural coffees. This specific coffee was manually selected in the afternoon and put into 50 kg bags of fresh, ripe, and wet cherry. The bags are tied and left on inner patio and allowed to slowly oxidize for 80 hours. Dried on raised beds for 2-3 weeks, then mechanically dried for 2 days sealing the drying process.
